Practical and concise wisdom!
It was so refreshing to be lead to consider how our everyday decisions about how we choose to spend our thoughts and time cause us become more Christlike. The author goes beyond the typical Church, Bible, Prayer, and explores the impact of many critical but often overlooked decisions which impact our hearts and others. Far from a prescriptive regimen, we are challenged to consider what God would have us do in each of these areas.

Classic Christian Self-Help
Normally, when I find another self-help book, I put it down before ch3 because they are all discussion books and not Christian books (about and for the person and not about God or exposition of the Scriptures to promote Christian growth). Had to finish this one.
It is a classic self-help focusing on all of the ‘how can you be better?’ type questions. Surprisingly, had 2 decent theological points in 2 different chapters. However, they are mentioned in passing and aren’t part of a focused discussion on the general failings to encourage people, pastors, or churches to improve their sanctification process or ecclesiology.
If 1 million people read this, it might help some weak brethren for a time, but won’t push them to become strong.
