Narrators, the female was amazing but the male was terrible

Great book series! The female narrator was amazing, top 10. The male narrator was terrible, it was so hard to finish this series because of his speech style. If the female narrator did this solo it would have been a million times better.

This was a excellent conclusion to the story and the narrators did fantastic and was well worth the wait

This book had me closing it to recoup and rewinding in disbelief. I will never forgive you Clare but thank you for giving Kat the wild ending she deserves.

Story is great but male narrator is awful. End of every sentence goes up in very irritating way.

Love this series! But sorry, the male narrator….is difficult to listen to.

I love Kat, this story is fantastic. Great world building, intrigue and spicy tension. But, I’m so sorry Liam….I had a hard time listening to the male voice. He had a GREAT voice, but it’s the inflections and odd times, so very distracting. I am pretty sure I will re-read the series and create a new voice for him.

Overall though, I love the strong and witty female characters. Kat’s voice is great, the story is excellent. If you’re a reader, read the series. Don’t Audible it.

Great Story, terrible male narrator

The story was interesting and original. I loved the series. However, the male narrator put a big damper on it. Are we sure that “Liam” isn’t AI? Because he doesn’t talk like an actual human.

I just can't with this man. I will start avoiding any books with him. There's no enjoyment in listening to "Bastian"😟

Fantastic end to the series! Secrets revealed, a great conclusion to the story. This was a great trilogy.

great story but can't stand Bastions "voice"

the story is just wonderful, but the person who does Bastion's voice is just sooooo hard to listen to. he puts all this weird emphasis on the ends of his words and its just horrible. almost quit listening. but the story was good so I pushed through

A gift wrapped end to a fantastic trilogy

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love how Clare Sager weave her threads tying them together into nice little bows. She leaves little bits of information that tie the plot seamlessly together. I absolutely loved this series. The only complaints I had was that the end dragged on a bit - purposefully as we get the answers to any remaining questions - but also felt a little forced. My biggest annoyance is the male narrator - I found myself completely tuning him out. He felt very robotic, mispronounced things, has weird sentence pauses and just didn’t (in my opinion) portray Bastian well.
