As the voice actor of the book he represents President Baldwin quite well, the resemblance is uncanny....

Yes, the first time my co-workers were concerned I was laughing so hard, the second listen they wanted to know why.

Worth the spend to get a solid performance of Adam Baldwin and the fantastic writing of Larry Correia in one package.

Great satire!

The combination of author Larry Correia and the narration is actor Adam Baldwin is impossible to beat. This is a laugh-out-loud novella.

If I could rate this a 10/10 I would.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would, why because from the first page I was laughing, it was such a fun and wild ride, that is if you have a sense of humor and not easily offended.

What other book might you compare A Murder of Manatees to and why?

The Adventures of Tom Stranger. Because it is the prequel to this one and is just as good.

What about Adam Baldwin’s performance did you like?

The way he voiced the different characters, you could tell he was also having fun and enjoyed the book.

As one who has Stranger and Stranger as an insurance agent I was very pleased with this product and how well he handled this incident on my Earth. The customer service was top notch and definitely worth the 10 out of 10 review. And remember you are in good hands with Stranger and Stranger Insurance.

Hilarious adventure, continued

Team Correia / Baldwin do it again. I love this duo. They make me laugh .... the excellent delivery of clever, no punches pulled, material that provides a festive look at how serious we can take ourselves. I had to pause the story especially to laugh long, loud, and hard at the cause of tweet typo!

A sure fire marketing strategy: MANATEES!!!

As always, Adam Baldwin brings a special gravitas to this worthy tome. I’m sure he’ll win a Grammy or a Peabody or a Nobel or whatever, because he kills it. The man is probably our strongest orator since Raymond Burr. A genuine National Treasure.

Regarding the book itself: Larry Correia has finally reached a pinnacle achieved by precious few in the literary community, that of a “REAL WRITER”. I think what pushed him that last little bit to the apex was when he let down his last barriers against the world and wrote fully from the heart. Taking his most vulnerable character Jimmy through all the triumphs and pitfalls of the human condition left me nearly wrung out at the end. Coupled with the first installment, the Tom Stranger story is a true saga for the ages.

Delivers superior customer service. And Larry Correia and Adam Baldwin present the endeavor in grand comedic fashion.

Loved it.

In this time of shelter at home with all the news being bad. A fantasy world to escape to, is necessary. This was the perfect distraction for a few hours.

Funniest audiobook you will find.

In this second installment of the Tom Stranger saga, you get it all. Mercenary dolphins, Manatee battle cruisers, intrigue, mystery. Adam Baldwin is fantastic for the narration.

The continuing adventures of Tom Stranger are just plain fun!! Adam Baldwin just killed it once again.

Mediocre noise

Not a masterpiece but definitely something you can put in the background. The story is somewhat there but the main draw of this is the sheer amount of refrences and fanservice making it less like Gaurdians of the Galaxy and more like ready player one. There are a few cheap shots at left wing radicals that kind of feel out of place and a wierd obsession with Bill Nye.
