A trained actress, vocalist, songwriter and author, Katherine attempts to make amends with sadness, despair, and anger, and to find forgiveness, understanding, and peace with the unthinkable. With the unchangeable. With the illogical.
These are the lucid, raw feelings that arose after the loss of her daughter, Alex, to suicide, presented chronologically as Katherine experienced them. Katherine hopes the vivid descriptions of her feelings and thoughts as she is forced to cope with an untimely death might help someone else living through the same thing.
It might feel like you are alone in this, but you aren't. And listening to how Katherine is getting through this never-ending process might help you get through it, too.
