Interesting and unique storyline, fantastic narrators who brought characters to life, and just the right length.

I know this is a standalone but dang it I want more! Love Shane east when he narrates.

Quick listen, done in 1 day. Story was good with a nice spice build. Interesting plot twist and ending.

Completely engrossing

Best thing I’ve ever enjoyed while ensuring the aftermath of a hurricane. If you’ve got to stay home and there’s really no good cell service, no WiFi and barely any power from the generator…listen to a great story!

Loved this book so much!

I loved the storyline it stayed exciting and also had an occasional giggle that creaped out!

This was an amazing read. I felt the highs and lows of the moment. Spicy not not so much so I needed a shower, But Lordy Bee one Heck of a build up to that moment. Unlike some of the other books I have read by the author this one was the perfect length. Loved it.!

I absolutely love this book! amazing story. it's really hard to find a good vampire book. The narrators were amazing as well. highly recommend.

Entertaining duet narration

The story was good, but felt there could have been more depth to it. Hope if there is a sequel, the author spends more time developing the story & character relationships.

It was just eh with a side of meh

Have you ever listened/read a story where you thought….hmmm I’d like to have more of the characters inner thoughts? In this story…you’ll be left asking when the person is going to stfu and get on with the plot. Waaaayyyy to much inner dialogue and not enough plot. It’s super rushed and super short. In a couple of days he’s already willing to die for her.
It’s 90% her inner dialogue about repetitious stupid crap and descriptively how hot the dude is every five seconds.

And it ends on a cliffhanger.

Am I going to listen to any more that comes out for this series? Yes because I absolutely hate leaving things up in the air. Do I particularly enjoy this book? No. It doesn’t make me want to listen to it again.

However one that I did/do enjoy and have listened to multiple times is
The hot vampire next door series. This series so much better and I can’t wait for the next book!
