A great book to influence change
This is a great guide to lead someone experiencing addiction to alcohol to come out of the hooks of alcohol. It is not said it will be easy but with determination, this book has all the tips to getting oneself whole. If one is whole and focusing on other goals in life will go a long way to success.

Great Alternative To AA

Excellent read!
The author did a great job outlining a step-by-step guide to quitting alcohol.
