Great read!
I enjoyed listening to this book. It had a good narration style. I am not one to exercise much and it did motivate me to get up and get moving!! The narrator has a calm voice that is great but still motivating!

If you need an alternative to a gym membership. If you want to get more fit in the comfort of your home this is a great resource!
Shows a ton of stretches that will improve flexibility and strengthen your core. Leads you through the stretches from beginners to advanced.
I listened to the audio version and had the PDF as a reference. I certainly wasn’t able to complete the book in one session but that just says something about my fitness level! I like that I can go back to this at my own pace.

A Very Useful Guide for Achieving Muscle Release
It's great to have this wonderfully narrated, step by step guide on while stretching. It is a very comprehensive set of instructions that walks me through the process to give the best overall muscle release. Whether beginner or more advanced, there's plenty to find here. I feel much looser following. All without having to go to the gym!

An audiobook about stretching? Yes!
As a former gymnast, I took my flexibility for granted in my younger years. But I really need to get back into it in my late 30’s, it seems I’m no longer an ‘invincible’ young guy anymore, and this book is very well done and easy to follow in audio format!
Good job to both the author and narrator!

Very handy guide for stretching!
I enjoyed listening to this - plenty of stretching exercises for different experience levels, described and narrated in an approachable way so I gladly attempted a number of them along the book. I enjoyed the narration pace and tone, there was something relaxing about it that really fit.
You can easily do each step along with the narration for the first side; The only thing is that you have to pause to stretch the other side, since that doesn’t get the same amount of time in the narrated descriptions as the first side.
Other than that - excellent book!

Must listen!
The best no gym guide audiobook! It contains wide variety of stretching exercise and also includes from beginner to advanced. This book is also good if you love meditating. Must listen.

I LOVE this
I was a little apprehensive about an audiobook for stretching; however, my apprehension was completely displaced by pain and joy from following the stretches outlined by RHP. Each stretch is explained exactly as necessary in order to complete the stretch successfully. And the explanations being told by the mesmerizing voice of J.H. Pii is icing on the cake! I've been having some back issues, so these stretches are difficult, but I'm going to stick with it. I feel optimistic for the first time in a while about my back thanks to this audiobook! And I think it's important to note, that there is an included document that outlines these stretches as well.

Clever and Engaging
This is a very informative and easy-to-read guide to stretching. The titles of the exercises are also cleverly renamed. I can imagine myself listening to this exercise guide in a meditative state while performing these exercises. There is something about the cadence of the narrator's voice that is suitable to this particle text.

Very Thoroughly Explained
This book clearly describes numerous stretching exercises for all levels. The exercises are very well explained and the PDF file available to accompany the book contains simple clear illustrations for each pose. I enjoyed the anecdotes provided with each pose - who says exercise can't be fun!
