Easy to understand
If you're interested in weight loss, weight management or just to gain deeper awareness about the why and how, this is a clear, no- nonsense, easy to understand book that will inform you. Feeling better
My doctor suggested that I listen this book and I’m glad I did. It changed my life. I feel better in regard to alertness, I have lost weight, I sleep better, and I seem to get fewer headaches. In addition I enjoyed listening this book.
