If you can get past the heavy use of clichés, every item she lists being "critical to your success," and some of the out of place intonations or pronunciation from an AI voice, there are some good bits of information here. it would be a great guide to someone who is brand new or does not have a shop set up yet. I do like that it is concise though - no fluff.
