Esther is compassionate and thoughtful and one of the best therapists I've seen er, heard in practice. As a Social Worker I've been exposed to a tremendous amount of therapy hours and she asks simple yet well thought out and constructive questions to get to the heart of the matter. And then explains why she asked it of the couple (not in session of course)! This is a great listen for anyone able to have a committed relationship. It'll eliminate many of the common stumbling blocks couples have. Hope it's the beginning of a series as her advice is invaluable.

Excellent tool to learn the skills necessary to negotiate. It takes effort and learning but this has the basics well covered.

From start to finish, this is an excellent listen. I'm on my second go around but this time with pen in hand. Too much good stuff not to take note. That being said, perhaps a PDF could be included but good news is, she offers up her website and the downloadables there. Brene Brown is one of the professors at my school, I attended the GCSW at University of Houston and she's dynamic, transparent, deeply introspective, and one of the best people one could hope to learn from (I didn't get the opportunity until now!)

A modern analysis of current dating trends. Unlike predecessors, the author isn't trying to convince women to conform to cronyism and 1950's June Cleaver stereotypes or even the 1970's 'women are working and you can't have it all' models. Jenna Birch dives deep into the data and proves what modern daters know to be true; almost boyfriends and disappearing acts are the norm but now we know why! Hang in there ladies, the Real Deal exists. Er, according to the author because this listener is still single a decade after a divorce. Which, is a topic I had hoped the author would cover; life after divorce, loss, and death. Where are over 40 widower or divorced men in all of this and how does it play out later in life? Possible topic for new research? I'm down; ask me and I'd be happy to do the research for the answers. I'm single anyway LOL

Don’t waste your time or energy on this load of crap. Women, you don’t need a man telling you how to be different to be acceptable. Love yourself and others will follow suit.
