Squatters' rights
Revisado: 08-04-24
I am not a real fan of this book. It seems like Mr. Zandri wrote it to make a point about squatters - something has to be done about the laws regarding them or homeowners should do something about it themselves. That is what happens in this book. I did not think this book was as good as Mr. Zandri's other books. It seems as though it was written by a young, inexperienced writer. Also, it seems like it was penned pretty quickly. The phrases and sentences all seem to come from someone new to writing. I can't recommend it unless you are like me, determined to read everything an author writes just because his (or her) name is on the book. The point of this book: a homeowner has a right to determine when or how long he will live in his own house and no one should be able to change that and the law should not work against that.

Best audio I have ever listened to
Revisado: 09-12-18
This is the Mr. Koontz I used to read. I felt that somewhere around writing of "Sole Survivor" he lost something for me. I felt his Frankenstein series was shameful. However, here he is redeeming himself. A great trilogy. Amy Landon does a good job of reading. I've listened to other women read the parts of male characters and had to stop it was done so badly. If you liked the "old" Koontz, this is for you.

Interesting short story
Revisado: 08-31-18
Again, I can recommend this audio. I have not seen it as anything other than audio. However, it is about a serial killer and how the girls were sometimes killed. It would be a better story still if so many flowery and descriptive words were not used. As I read other authors and try to determine the difference, that is the only thing I can come with as to why I think other stories I've read by other authors are better. Another reason, I think, the books need more characters in them to interact with.
