Previously I learn WP base on the available materials in youtube. Jumping here and there. But with this course, it has a structured materials step by step, all important topics are covered. Increase my confidence in handling WP.

I found a number of new issues need to be addressed that I never come across in my mind before. For example, The privacy policy, Page and Post, how to set an image size in the page, etc. For me , novice like me, must take the course before jumping into the ship without wearing the life-jacket.

Learning is interesting and I feel this course is really well structured to meet my needs of learning website development. On to the next one. Thank you

McKinsey & Company, an advisor to the management of many renowned businesses, says that between 50% and 70% of business innovations depend to a great extent on the capacity to capture customer’s data and not as much on external analytics. McKinsey & Company relies heavily on qualitative and quantitative analysis to be able to give helpful advice to management. The Specialization, including Pattern Discovery, Clustering, Text Retrieval, Text Mining, and Visualization, to solve interesting real-world data mining challenges. Specifically, you will work on a restaurant review data set from Yelp and use all the knowledge and skills you’ve learned from the previous courses to mine this data set to discover interesting and useful knowledge.
The design of the Project emphasizes: 1) simulating the workflow of a data miner in a real job setting; 2) integrating different mining techniques covered in multiple individual courses; 3) experimenting with different ways to solve a problem to deepen your understanding of techniques; and 4) allowing you to propose and explore your own ideas creatively. The goal of the Project is to analyze and mine a large Yelp review data set to discover useful knowledge to help people make decisions in dining.

In the past, data volume was limited, and processing tools were weak. Today, technologies, tools and analytical methods are modern which allowed analysts to gain a lot from the big data.

Literally the beginning of programming languages.

C++ is a programming language that is rich in history, as it is literally the beginning of programming languages. It started before computer programming was even much of a thing. Before people started hacking for a living. It started back around the time of telephone hacking back in the year 1979. That is how far back the history of this language goes. There are not really any other programming languages that go this far. Bjarne Stroustrup was working on his thesis for his doctorate, and he decided to work with a programming language that was known as Simula. This language is one of the first programming languages of the computer age. However, it was very slow and full of bugs. Strousup came up with the idea of ‘C with Classes.’ A programming language that was a lot faster than Simula. ‘C with Classes’ later became ‘Cfront’ which sped up the process of creating a programming language.

However, Cfront was left in the dust when C++ came along, because it added compilers into the language, making it a lot easier, and faster to use than any other programming language available at the time.

So, if in the future, Bitcoin disappears from use in the same way the barter system eventually faded out of use, the technology can and will still be practical and will continue to be used in a myriad of other ways. Like all technology, the Blockchain has already evolved beyond Bitcoin and every day more and more uses for a decentralized platform continue to be created. Since its first introduction, the technology has been studied, analyzed, and researched from all angles. Its adaptability makes it possible for practical uses to continue to be introduced and as more of the world becomes comfortable with it, the Blockchain will gradually become a part of everyday life in much the same way the computer, the Internet, and the Smart Phones have.

Now that it has made its debut and we’ve learned its potential, it will be difficult for the world to let it go. Imagine having to go back and live life with the horse and buggy, or relying solely on a landline for communication. In today’s modern world, that lifestyle would be viewed much like a disability. We’d be seen as the person walking down the street with the white cane, slowly tapping our way to our destination.

Bahl's teaching style is fun and simple. It's more like story telling and by the end of it I was able to easily grasp the core concepts of budgeting, planning and net worth. What I really loved is the simplicity of the course. Although i'd have loved some books on investments for newbies but then it might have become a bit more complicated. Overall, a good course and i'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to grasp the basics and core of budgeting.
