...At 48 minutes into Chapter 2, it says 5...4...3..2...1...open you eyes, wake up and feel refreshed....!!!! What the heck! In the middle of the night!? Why does it promote 8 hours in the title and also
state a good night's sleep when they literally wake you from the session apppximayely 2 hours and 48 minutes into your sleep cycle.
