I’d buy a different book in hindsight

I read this and another called Habits for mastering anger by Tim sharp and that book was much better. The only thing about this book I found useful was telling me about the amygdala or whatever. The workbook format I just don’t think works in an audiobook format. Sorry. It had more of a”here’s what to do next time you get angry” and lessons and parables of wisdom mixed with science.
