This book is definitely one of the most important books I have had tge privilege of reading. Eternally grateful for the divine truths revealed in its pages. I purchased the hard copy as well and can't wait to learn about the mysteries I'll now find in the Body Code!

Loved listening to this book. Helped me gain a deeper and more useful knowledge about why, what, and how changes are necessary to BECOME exactly who and what I want in life.
Honestly wish I could have listened to this when I was 20, but I'm just feeling thankful I found it now.
Excited to implement the knowledge and practices found here and watch things change and shift in my life.
The voice of the narrator is fantastic, calm, soothing, yet bold and clear...definitely 5 stars for her!
I plan to listen to this book again and again!

Hard to stick with...

Narrator was hard to understand, follow, and stick with. Didn't get much out of the first few chapters I listened to because I would just lose interest in listening to him. Not saying it's not a good book...just definitely not for me. I'll continue searching for a good book that addresses procrastination.
