Greetings! I am Veronica Teresa Forbes, an author brimming with excitement as I add this new title to my collection. Nestled in the sun-kissed embrace of Southern California, I serve as a college instructor in the Fashion Department at Fullerton College. My artistic odyssey began at Pitzer College, where I earned my BA in Film/Fine Arts, and blossomed further at the Academy of Art University, where I completed my MA in Illustration in multiple disciplines. Embracing the writing world, I recently unveiled a Halloween tale called "The Witch Who Was Late to Halloween." I like to envision myself as a treasure chest overflowing with creativity, awaiting discovery! My talents span captivating digital art, immersive 2D visuals, and breathtaking paintings that inspire awe! My portfolio reflects a delightful tapestry of artistic endeavors, from whimsical characters for children to web series showcased at Cannes. My focus has gracefully landed on the art of fashion design and illustration. Under the guidance of esteemed fashion expert Nance Reigelman, I have honed my skills in croquis, figure drawing, color theory, and blending techniques across a multitude of mediums. My training in costume design, led by Emmy-nominated professional Warden Neil, emphasized the intricacies of poses, fabric comprehension, and marker techniques. I am adept in digital illustration, fashion styling, and the enchanting world of Adobe software. In tandem with my artistic pursuits, I possess substantial experience in providing computer networking and software analysis expertise to distinguished companies in Silicon Valley and across Southern California. Experienced in software analysis, installation, upgrades, and repairs.
