Hi there! I'm York Arthur Baldwin, a proud dad of two wonderful kids and a mischievous cat. We live in the beautiful northwest of England, where I balance my time between writing, playing cricket, and firing up the BBQ on those rare sunny days. The inspiration behind my books comes from my children. I want to see their mixed heritage represented in stories and help them explore different cultures through the magic of reading. Each tale I write is a journey into a new world, designed to spark their curiosity and broaden their horizons. I believe that by sharing these stories, we can celebrate diversity and teach our kids to appreciate the rich tapestry of cultures that make up our world. It is my way of opening doors to new adventures and learning opportunities for them and other young readers.
