Native Texan, born in Lubbock, Texas (still a big-time Texas Tech Red Raider fan) and moved to Dallas in 1973. Married to Pati in 1981 and they have been blessed with two married daughters, Melissa and Rhonda. Received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and his Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. Provides pre-marriage, marriage, and men’s counseling services. (not licensed) Previously held multiple ministry and church leadership roles including Chairman of the Leadership Board, Mission Committee Chair, President of the Men’s Organization, and Certified Lay speaker. Speaker for Men’s Events and Conferences, and guest speaker at several churches. Small group and class facilitator for a variety of events and conferences. Served on mission teams in Mexico, Egypt, and India, as well as several ministry teams as part of Kairos Prison Ministries. A past Board Member of the Denton Area Emmaus Community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for MALA Ministries, and HangTime Lunch Mentoring. Officiates weddings and was nominated as Best Wedding Officiant in Dallas/Ft. Worth by the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners in 2013 and 2015. Firmly believes that placing God first in every aspect of your life changes everything.
