Simon spent 18 years in the British Army. While serving he realised he had a talent to motivate some of his fellow soldiers who were struggling mentally with their tasks. "There were too many who just simply thought things were beyond them, but by changing their mindset, (similar to reprogramming a computer), everything was possible". He then worked in Spain, Greece and Portugal before returning to England where he studied Psychology and Hypnotism and gained the following: BSc (Honours) Psychology DHyp He continues to give seminars and motivational talks to the private sector and has now branched over into the wider community.
