King Brighton spent the first thirty-eight years of his life in Tennessee before moving his family to Arizona. It was there that he began working in the local church. The pastor there introduced him to a deeper understanding of the true theology within the precious pages of the bible. In 2014, he started his work toward earning his Masters of Divinity at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, which was later renamed Gateway Seminary. Throughout his studies, he became intimately aware of God’s sovereignty throughout scripture as well as in his life. He began a deeper study throughout scripture concerning soteriology, which he continues each day and will probably never learn enough about. In 2018, he finished his first fiction work; Resolute, which was finished and edited at the end of that year. However, it collected dust until the beginning of 2023. Now, that work is available and more are in the works. Both fiction and nonfiction. He is married to an amazing woman who completely backs him in all his endeavors. He has four children and three grandchildren, one dog, two cats, two ducks (no idea why), and a very hairy gerbil (it’s actually a guinea pig, but he calls it everything else). At first it was to make his youngest boy laugh, but at this point it’s just what he does since...well, why stop now? In 2023, he returned to Tennessee with his family. God is good and continues to bless him in amazing ways as he traverses his way through a life and in a world that never rests from throwing many obstacles his way. God is so good! He is faithful! He is steadfast!
