After a career in broadcast production, Julia Sargeaunt retired and made plans to walk the Camino pilgrim trail. It took her three visits to northern Spain before making it to the destination: the city of Santiago de Compostela. Undaunted, Julia kept plodding along and as a romantic and a bit of a Pollyanna, she had thoughts such as 'what if this or that happened?' and with the magic of the trail, a story emerged. Here it is! Julia lives with her family in Edmonton, Canada. She loves messing about in boats at the lake near their cottage and also having fun with pencils and paints for her doodly art. In the city, she does her best to keep fit with her walking group and Tai Chi. She spends too much time trying to keep up with technology for her website, blog, and this self-publishing venture.
