Known to his friends and family as "Alu", Elliot Axelman is a passionate supporter of maximum personal freedom. Elliot works as a paramedic, and has worked as an EMT since graduating from high school in 2011. In his New York high school, Elliot started on offense, defense, and special teams on his football team as a junior and senior. Following high school, Elliot trained in MMA, boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, parkour, gymnastics, tricking, power-lifting, and nearly every other sport. After his dad took him to a Ted Cruz event in the Bronx in 2016, Elliot began to grow increasingly interested in politics. The more he learned, the more he appreciated freedom and despised and distrusted politicians. In early 2017, Elliot found himself hosting a weekly radio show on 1490 AM WGCH, which broadcasted to southwest CT, Westchester, Bronx, and north Queens. Alu called the show 'The Liberty Block' and held almost nothing back once he went on the air each week. By the summer of 2017, Elliot was preparing to move to New Hampshire to live in a state that more closely resembled his freedom values. In October of 2017, Elliot and Kate (now his wife) moved to New Hampshire, where they remain to this day. Since moving, Elliot has become interested in music, and is now trying to learn how to play piano and saxophone. Elliot has continued to train, winning a boxing match by TKO in September of 2019. Elliot took a long break from boxing due to an injury and COVID caused another unwanted break, and after a year and a half, Elliot is not actively seeking another fight. Elliot continues to train in martial arts and power-lifting, and focuses most of his time outside of work on The Liberty Block, which has grown into one of the most popular pro-freedom publications and podcasts in New Hampshire. Elliot wrote The Blueprint For Liberty because he believes that it presents the only solution for the preservation of freedom for the next generation.
