My writing is the culmination of a very personal journey of self-discovery and healing that started over six years ago after leaving a toxic, narcissistic, emotionally abusive marriage. I wanted to learn how to feel comfortable with and love myself. I wanted to know what made me tick, what made me tingle, and what inspired me to live my very best life. I started to explore. I tried many different things hoping to find that secret ingredient, that secret method to being whole again - to be alive again. I kept meeting many other people who were experiencing the same thing. My journey led me to cross paths with so many amazing people who had experienced trauma but who were now creating happier futures for themselves. The answers were so obvious and yet so difficult to figure out alone. That's why I started writing. It is more than a passion for me, it's a mission to bring the powerful lessons I have learned and keep learning every day, to everyone who can benefit from them.
