His Second weight reduction book, "If Not Now, When? Reduce Weight - Create a Healthy Lifestyle in 90 Days" tells the reader not only WHAT to do to lose weight, but HOW to do it. Medansky writes with passion and purpose about Las Vegas. His first novel, Flamingo’s Baby, is an adventure thriller set in 1968 about Valentina Benjamin, age twenty-one, a spunky, quick witted pragmatist turned protagonist, and employee at MGM Studios whose bloodline may also be her death sentence as she races to solve the mystery of her adoption upon learning that her biological parents are the mobster Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel and his mistress, Virginia Hill. Dark Money is his second novel. Casino meets The Wolf of Wall Street. You can't lose when the system is rigged. The story takes place in 1974, when Edwin R. Goldberg, a shy, geeky, amiable, MBA graduate of Northwestern University, becomes involved in a Chicago to Vegas junket operation as a pretense to steal from the casinos and organized crime. Goldberg uses the stolen money to build his financial empire. Love, hate, greed, money, influence, deceit, and murder are intertwined in this story.
