The spirit world has been trying to communicate with Courtney Keiser since she was just a kid. It’s just your imagination is what plenty of well-meaning parents tell their gifted children when they encounter the supernatural, and that was the message Courtney received, too. Disconnected from spirit, and her true purpose, Keiser spent years in toxic relationships, lost, and searching for the energies she’d once attracted so easily. It was only after pursuing a degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor at St. Edward's University that she began working with clients, and noticed a disconnect between traditional therapeutic practices and what people truly needed to heal. Before leaving her therapy practice, Keiser spent several years studying spiritual methods, and after experiencing shadow work with the help of her own neo-shaman therapist, she began to create a proprietary technique that would become the cornerstone of her healing journey. Retiring her therapy license, she pursued spiritual tools that helped her step into her mission and purpose to heal and raise the consciousness of the collective. In her first book, The Advanced Shadow Work Method, Keiser details her own story, as well as the therapeutic and spiritual methods she’s combined to create a powerful, ground-breaking technique.
