Charles "C.J." Plogger is a pastor of the Ash Avenue Church of God in Moundsville, West Virginia. He has a bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado where he majored in History and minored in Criminal Justice. He has a Master of Divinity degree from the Anderson School of Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry from the Bethel Theological Seminary.
