Barry A. Ames is a God-loving, family-oriented man. He has been married for over 25 years and has three stepchildren. He has served in the military and has been an international missionary. Barry has learned from experience that God is strong enough to bring him through anything. Barry has also learned to hear from God by faith and wants to encourage you to grow closer to God. His favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” This is his first book.
