Made our amazing sex life even better!

I'm a 40 year old female and read this book for ideas on some new tricks to try with my husband. The book clearly describes what to do and how to approach it with your partner so they are open to it. I started with a finger massage which my husband really enjoyed. But I think he likes the prostrate butt plug even more. His orgasms are now much more intense and start from his core. Every couple should try this!

Great information for men!

I thought I knew everything about the prostate but I did not! I think most men would benefit from hearing this information.

Starts off a little slow and dry

The book starts off a little on the dry side, but ends with a wealth of knowledge and techniques.

Informative book, might have been better in print

While I really did enjoy the book and gained a lot of useful information, there were a lot of times when it was difficult to tell when the reader was transitioning from explaining something to citing examples and quoting from survey respondents. This gave it a bit of a jumbled feel while listening. I'm not sure whether to blame the reader or the authors for the way the book was formatted, but I was left thinking that I might have gotten more out of the print version.

In any case, the book was highly informative, written at a very readable level and I found it a very quick read that wasn't overly technical. The author avoided jargon, but didn't talk down to readers.

Covering All the Bases

Like the title says, this is the ULTIMATE guide to your prostate. You've got one; learn how to use it.

No matter your level of experience, there is something in this book for any curious person who wants to know more about their body. Technique, toys, positions, trust and communication are all covered. Glickman and Emirzian’s writing is personable and good humored.

Mark Bachman has a voice you can trust and handles the material beautifully.

Hugo Shwyzer at "Jezebel" recently wrote a review exploring the part of this book that claims anal play will make men better, more empathetic lovers, and could ultimately lead to world peace.

I don't know if it can do all that, but I suppose personal satisfaction is a worthy enough goal.

Educational

A very thorough look at an issue that shouldn't be looked down upon any longer. It covered the topic well.

Not for my wife and I

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The book was too long. there was good information but some of it was overdone. Techniques were explained over and over again. I had to keep checking to see if chapters were repeating.

What did you like best about this story?

N/A

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

Reader was engaging,

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Useful information. Liked the info on how to approach your partner for what could be a touchy subject.

Any additional comments?

Perhaps an abridged version would be better for those that are curious and not fully committed.
