Interesting

Very interesting. I gotta say if not for the beautiful and hooking narration, I may not have finished chapter 1, but I'm glad I did because everything made sense at the end. Very interesting premise there. My one critique would be to pull back on some of the strange imagery comparisons to be easier to follow along for readers (particularly when fantasy elements are involved), but perhaps that was the artistic intention. The remaining chapters do seem to have a better flow with imagery comparisons, but again, it may be part of the artistic experience of ch 1. I think if you go into the book with this in mind, it will flow better.

The narration was phenomenal! Really kept me engaged even when the various elements of the story seemed to lose me. Having this effect, only to tie it all together at the end is fine, but I feel only works with great narration tactics, and Amanda Wredge really delivers. 👍

Great story, better narration

Really loved the story, and it's sort of thought provoking. The highlight though was the narration. The voice work here is absolutely top notch.
