About this listen

One night. That's all Finn had with the only girl he ever loved. Years later, all he has left of that night is a silver cross, a broken give a damn, and the unrelenting desire to drink her memory away. As the lead singer of Blow Hole, Finn has his pick of women, but none are able to squash the need he still carries around for Faith. To hate her offers some relief, but when Finn sees her again after so many years, it's hard to despise her. Especially when every reason he had to hate her turns out to be a lie.

As the daughter of a strict Baptist preacher, Faith Warren was sheltered from all things sinful. When she met Jimmy Finn, the epitome of all seven deadly sins, she found out exactly what she was missing. After being forced to choose between her soul and the only person in the world who made her feel alive, Faith walked away from Finn and dove headfirst into her father's preferred life. But now Finn's back and he's getting payback by wreaking havoc on her emotions. Except sometimes bad things feel good, and Faith has to decide once again if she wants to stay in her gilded cage or fly free with the dark angel of lust himself.

Enjoyed every minute!

Would you listen to Finding Faith again? Why?

I don't generally listen to audio books twice.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that it was realistic and the angst was felt!

What does Tatiana Sokolov and Todd Haberkorn bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Tatiana always brings a great performance to her characters. I try to read everything she narrates.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extremes, but I definitely was empathetic to the teenage love!

Any additional comments?

If you love a good romance this is it! Worth a credit or a buy in my opinion.

Any additional comments?

I loved this book, it's well worth the credit. Finn is such a kind hearted bad boy who knows a good thing when he sees it. I can't wait for the next book :-)

Sex Drugs & Rock and Rock n Roll Love :)

Any additional comments?

Wow, this is an emotional ride - Sex Drugs and Rock and Rock n Roll... Tabatha Vargo has done a great job of this book, so Very heart gripping. I love how this book goes back to Finn's past before he was in Blowhole. It tells the story of the woman he fell in love with and how he became the man whore of a rock-star that he was in the first book (Playing Patience). Halfway through it goes back to the present of Blowhole touring and then we are told what happens with Finn and Faith after years of hating each other. I love the way this story was written and I fell in love with Finn even more... Sigh...

Faith Warren was the innocent daughter of a strict Baptist Pastor. She was raised to be dedicated with the church and to do as she was told. Anything that wasn't related to the church was sinful and until the day sin walked into the church and made Faith question things she believed were true.

James Finn has had a hard life and life just doesn't seem to be fair to him. He gets community service at a Baptist Church for a crime he did not commit. Finn has been going through the motions of completing his services until he meets an angel named Faith. For the first time in his life Finn wants to change into a better person, someone Faith deserves to be with.

I can't wait for the next book in this exciting series, bring it on :)

Good story

This was a good story. Spoiler: this was a sensitive subject. It could be a trigger to some listeners because of physical abuse. However, the author did a good job and made it into a love story. I loved that the heroine was a strong young girl. Both narrators did an excellent job by bringing the characters to life.
