Neither Bashaun Young or Terri “HI-Def” Essence was looking for love, but both found it in each other at a time when life started to take a turn. Together, two separate dreams became one in a moment that could only be destined - when they met at the famed Edisto Rose Garden.

She took his breath, and he took her heart. He was her chocolate warrior and the world Muay Thai welterweight kickboxing champion. She was his very essence, and would soon become his wife. Newly married, Bashaun opens two successful fitness centers and becomes a world-renowned business owner. It was as real as it comes in their lives.

Terri and Deon have always been there for each other, from being college friends to business partners. Now, both have the men of their dreams and demanding careers. Being there for each other during difficult times, they were always able to be that pillar for the other. But being on top comes with a spotlight. And while that light shines on you, it lets you be seen by everyone, including those that are jealous and want what you have - and would stop at nothing to get it.

It just got real in all aspects of their lives. A tragic accident shatters their world once again. But this time, it is closer to home than before, thus ripping up recently forgotten memories.
