  • Don't blame yourself too much for not having a productive day.
    Feb 28 2025

We often tie our worth to productivity, but not every day needs to be filled with achievements. A meaningful day can simply be one where you connected with someone you love or did something with a full heart. Lately, I’ve been thinking about rest—not just as a break but as a part of a sustainable, fulfilling life. Instead of chasing endless tasks, I want to focus on balancing effort with proper rest, knowing that real productivity isn’t about doing more but about doing what truly matters.

  • I don't know what I want?
    Feb 28 2025

Not knowing what you like or dislike can be a gift—it keeps you open to new experiences. While traveling with my childhood friend, I realized how much we’ve changed, yet how important it is to continue exploring our preferences. Life isn’t just about avoiding what we dislike but embracing new experiences, even uncertain ones, to add more color and depth to who we are.

  • Why did I want to be an actor?
    Feb 28 2025

I’ve been reflecting on my dreams and how they’ve changed over time, realizing I want to actively shape my path rather than just end up somewhere. Acting once helped me understand my emotions and connect with others like me, and lately, I’ve been missing that kind of artistic expression. YouTube has become a new way for me to explore my thoughts and creativity, so I’m grateful for the support on this journey.

  • Book recommendation 'Wild'. Trust me, you can be your own home.
    Feb 28 2025

Lately, I found comfort in Wild by Cheryl Strayed. It’s about her solo hike on the Pacific Crest Trail after losing her mother and feeling lost in life. She was unprepared, but that’s what made her journey so raw and compelling.

One part stayed with me: “Fear is a story we tell ourselves. I decided I was safe. I was strong. I was brave.” It made me think—maybe home isn’t just a place but a feeling of safety we create for ourselves. And sometimes, it’s been there all along.

  • How Did I Learn English? Empathize first!
    Feb 28 2025

At first, I wasn’t sure if I should explain English learning since my own English isn’t perfect, but I realized that sharing my experience could be helpful. I didn’t learn English just by living abroad - most of my progress happened in Korea through imitation, habit-building, and listening to podcasts. Instead of strict shadowing, I focused on mimicking scenes I liked from movies and shows, repeating them until they felt natural. The key isn’t memorizing words but understanding language in context, like how we learn songs by feeling the rhythm first. More than anything, I believe loving the language and enjoying the process makes the biggest difference.

  • The reason why I started YouTube - and the Podcast
    Feb 19 2025

Starting YouTube has been more challenging than I expected, but I’m slowly getting used to it. I don’t aim for catchy titles or purely entertaining content—I want my videos to feel genuine. Seeing people from different countries connect with my story has been both surprising and meaningful. This helps me organize my thoughts, express myself more clearly in English, and find people who share my sensitivity. More than anything, this journey is about growth, connection, and taking on brave challenges.
