  • EP 63: When Sh*t Hits The Fan, How To Manage The Messy Parts Of Your Life Just Before The Transformation

    This episode is one of those episodes to pop on when you are in the thick in it, in your growth. Where the big shifts, and changes you have asked for, are now coming together.

    Being grounded in these new changes is the most important thing to do. So not to avoid self-sabotage, and to regulate your nervous system to understand that safety, and stability is the most expansive place to be during this phase.

    And if we do we self sabotage, then that is ok, but take lessons from it, how to have grace with yourself if this does occur, and sometimes my friends, it isn't pretty, but we have to repeat this old pattern one more time, to stand up and be like NO MORE!

    As always, this is coming from my own lived experiences and from patterns I see in clients. I emphasize the importance of grounding oneself during transitions, taking radical responsibility for one's life, and staying authentic amidst challenges.

    I also discuss the patterns that arise during these times and encourage listeners to embrace change while remaining connected to their core values and support systems.
