    Hope is a professional dancer, dance instructor, Pilates instructor, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, nutrition coach, and HOTWORX Virtual Instructor. She moved to NY at the age of 17 to pursue her dance career and spent 4 years there. She moved to UT to dance with Odyssey Dance Theatre where she spent 8 years with the company touring internationally and dancing principal roles in well known shows including Thriller and It's a Wonderful Life and many more. Hope instructs dance around Utah, mostly teaching Ballet, injury prevention, and nutrition, as well as teaches private dance lessons and choreographs for studios and independent dancers. She also instructs group and private Pilates Reformer classes and is a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor.


    Now until June 30, 2023 HOTWORX is hosting their paid voting round in order to help pick the next season's virtual instructors and give back to Sacred Mountain Retreat Center, which offers cost-free, 7-day, retreats to Active Military, Veterans, and First Responders who suffer from PTSD or Trauma.
