    "So I think that's the most important thing, is just to forgive yourself. Show yourself some grace, and, you know, if it gets bad enough, don't be afraid to reach out for help, even if it means finding a professional and, you know, going to therapy. There's no shame in going to therapy. I actually have a therapy appointment in 15 minutes. It's my first appointment with this specific therapist."

    "Let's face it, most of the news that is sold, I will say sold because every journalist, say a few, wants to sell their story. It's no longer looking at a news piece with an angle. It's all about selling your story, driving the TRP up, getting a promotion, getting more money. That's how the whole thing works. The journalistic ethics have gone out of the window, or out the window, whichever the right usage is."
