    After a little summer hiatus, we're ready to jump back in to all things IFS with you. In today's episode we'll share a little about what we've been doing this summer, including our experiences being on staff at IFS level 1 trainings.
    We share a little about our learnings from being program assistants, some trailheads that came up for us, and some quick key takeaways you can start to implement in your practice.
    We also get a liiitle spooky, talking about past Halloween costumes and traumatic experiences at Halloween attractions..
