From the makers of the award-winning TV series comes a new story following the women inmates of Wentworth Correctional Facility.

Maddie, Scarlett and Anna are three 18-year-olds on the threshold of the rest of their lives. Or they will be, once they finish serving their sentences at  Mockridge Juvenile Centre. With release dates fast approaching, the girls are out of chances - one more altercation with the law and it’s adult prison.

Forensic psychologist and former Wentworth staffer Bridget Westfall sees an opportunity to make a true and lasting change through the introduction of the ‘RAFT’ anti-recidivism program at Mockridge. Designed to allow juvenile offenders to experience adult prison under controlled conditions, in order to discourage them from reoffending, the three teen girls enter Wentworth Correctional Facility under Bridget’s watch. 48 hours later, only two come out alive.

As tensions erupt into bloodshed, and loyalties are tested and corrupted, Bridget works to investigate the explosive series of events – and races against time to uncover the truth as to who’s responsible for the death of the young inmate and to ultimately prevent the past from repeating itself.

Written by Clare Sladden, James Vinson, Hannah Samuel. Directed by Claudia Pickering. Produced by FremantleMedia Australia.

Performed by Libby Tanner, Kate Jenkinson, Bernard Curry, Contessa Treffone , Sophia Forrest, Miah Madden, Shari Sebbens, Rachael Tidd, and Jake Speer.

Fantastic story

Completely under-advertised podcast featuring some well-known Wentworth characters mixed with new ones.
Great, suspense-filled storyline that keeps you wanting more, i.e. 8 episodes are not nearly enough.

More Bridget Westfall series! Add Franky as bonus.

Absolutely love that Bridget Westfall gets her own series and really hoping for more of this! Binged it in one go because it was way too captivating (and informative/enlightening) to stop partway, though I would have liked to also watch it not just listen and also have transcripts too. Considering some of the subject matter, I thought the writers would bring some of Bridget's back story, especially her childhood abuse that was alluded to in her psych evaluation of Ferguson that backfired in season 3 or 4; missed opportunity there, but still an opportunity for Season 2. Eager to find out what happens next since I don't think Bridget has ever been put in such a position so makes for interesting storytelling. Would love some Bridget back story and some Franky too (Fridget really).

Also, hope we get more Wentworth spin-offs after the final season. Would absolutely love to watch a Lou Kelly series spin-off exploring her back story, in therapy to address her anger and where it's coming from or just being her. That character is fascinating as well and makes you want to know more about her.

Pleasantly Surprised

I went into this a bit jaded. Love Libby Tanner and anything she’s involved in. The storyline and plot in this was fantastic and the way it’s presented is simply first class. The narration and is captivating and the story compelling. Highly recommend. Only wish it would be made into a limited TV series.

Fantastic

Libby Tanner is so incredibly talented and creative! Even though it's an audible podcast, it is possible to feel her smiling, shaking/nodding head, giggling, crying, etc. She is amazing in transferring emotions. Such a wonder! Having her as a leading person here is an ultimate pleasure!

And the plot of the story is great! Finally, Bridget Westfall, who seems to be one of the only reasonable people in Wentworth is given a principal part! Yahoo!

She's being a bad ass at times, I should say. I do really enjoy how the authors write out Bridget as a character, who isn't afraid of accepting her failure and clearly is concentrated on how to change and control the future. Everyone has their own flaws...

Twists and turns of the plot make you be fascinated by the story from the initial second to the following ones. Bring it more!!

Fabulous idea to bring back beloved characters through this podcast.

Libby Tanner- Spot On!

Love all things Wentworth! The character of Bridget Westfall carries the weight of this audio so well through her emotive, sultry voice. It's easy on the ears and to visual her scenes. When she references Franky, I became hopeful for a TV spin-off! Until then, I'll await the next podcast series.
