How can CPTSD affect your health?

How can it affect your faith?

Is there help and hope for healing?

Sharing real life stories, practical and honest explanations and personable encouragement, she reflects on how a correct understanding of God can help with understanding and symptoms, and emphasizes the importance of seeking out those specialised in trauma and CPTSD should therapy be needed.
