  • #27 Is it me or is it we?
    Sep 15 2024

Are we meant to rise alone or together? Are we meant to take care of ourselves or everyone? I was inspired to create this episode while sitting at the beach, observing fishermen working together, and listening to a podcast episode about upscaling your business and financial freedom.

I share the clash in my mind and the questions that arose from it, exploring the balance between individual success, collective well-being, and ancient rhythms and traditions.

I’m super curious to hear from you as well, as this is a topic I haven’t figured out myself yet. So please write me an email if you have something to share about this:

  • #26 It's ok to cry
    Sep 8 2024

When we cry in the presence of others, we tend to apologize: “Oh, I’m sorry I’m crying,” as if we are embarrassed by our tears. Many children, especially boys, often hear adults say, “Stop crying.” But actually, it’s okay to cry. We’ve just been conditioned to believe that it’s better not to cry or to hide our tears. But crying can be healing; in a way, we need it.

It’s okay to cry, and this episode is about that. I explore why crying is natural and healing and why we should embrace it rather than suppress it.

    Enjoy!

  • #25 Deep Listening
    Sep 1 2024

Do you feel like others listen to you when you're speaking? Or do you feel they're more focused on their own things, and that you need to shout to get your message across? Deep listening requires presence, and it's a skill that can be practiced. Do you think you listen deeply to others?

This episode is about deep listening. I share a personal anecdote and discuss how we can listen more deeply to one another, leading to stronger connections and better communication.

    Enjoy this episode!
