    Pablo Wright suggests in his book "My Awakenings - A Good Mental Health Toolkit" that to aid recovery from a brain injury and to support good mental health it's okay to put the phone to one side for a while (** Providing your health care professionals are in agreement **).

    Making ourselves react to every ping can take its toll on out mental well-being. So a short period of peace and quiet can be restorative.

    Less screen time - more nature and rest.
