Threewheeling

By: Sascha and Laurel
  • Summary

  • Laurel and Sascha know what it's like to try and make friends in your thirties. Brought together by a text message introduction through a mutual friend, they bonded over the challenges of moving half-way across the globe, in your mature twenties (*cough* early thirties)... when it seems like everyone around you are settling down, walking down the aisle, or making babies.

  • Not a habit, a happy surprise!
    Jun 25 2023

We're back - we're random - and we're embracing the chaos! Sascha is back from her massive trip, and re-connected with lots of friends, and Laurel has been to one of her all time favourite events - a clothes swap. (Listen to Questioning Fashion as well pls!)

Editors Note: This episode is over an hour, but Sascha had to cut 20 minutes when she edited. Should we talk longer? Is that what the people want? Or is this already indulgent enough? Emails us/text us/instagram us - we want to know.

  • You're not Nigella and it's ok
    Apr 13 2023

In our latest episode, Laurel finds the delights of housewarming on a smaller scale and the importance of asking for help when you're hosting. Shout out to Heather, the real MVP. Sascha isn't making new pals because something's got to give when you're preparing for a trip overseas and trying to do all the things...and that's ok! We've got some cultural delights here, too.

  • Anthropological studies in the sauna
    Apr 2 2023

We're in flow again people! Laurel has been enjoying little mini-breaks around NSW, and Sascha is planning her upcoming adventure across two continents, and reconnecting with old friends. We discuss the fact that the bros seem to love the sauna, and admire the 70s gear on show in Daisy Jones and The Six.

We've had a new listener Natalie point out a typo that's been in the show for two years, so Sascha wants to say, I edited this on F1 Race Day, so if there are small errors - she begs forgiveness! She was watching Hamilton race around the Albert Park track!

Sascha's bonus: Prima Facie at the Melbourne Theatre Company
