Her world crashed after her twins were diagnosed with autism and she did not know who she was anymore.

Listen to how Keenbie confronted her deepest fears and learned to live in the present, which opened the pathway to acceptance, seeking help and rediscovering herself.

Welcome to This is What Caregiver Stress Feels Like.

For too long now, cultural taboos and pro-family narratives have been paralysing caregivers into feeling guilt and resentment, driving them to near depression and anxiety.

Produced by James Leong of counselling practice Listen without Prejudice and catalysed by Temasek Foundation Oscar Fund, this podcast series is unapologetically honest in addressing the unspoken stressors of caregiver stress—unhealthy family dynamics, grief and loss of self-identity/poor self-care.
