We also dive into the mental health aspect including some discussion on trauma, the brain, fight/flight/freeze/fawn response, and much more. We even talk about non-gun school violence and a history of school shootings. It's a great discussion and we hope you will get a lot out of it. Might not be suitable for children so just a fair warning since it's a difficult subject.
