The (in)courage Podcast

By: (in)courage
  • Summary

  • Welcome to the (in)courage podcast! We are all different ages, in different life stages, and we come from different cultures and churches, but our common thread is the hope of Jesus. Each weekday we meet you right where you are as one of our writers shares what’s going on in her everyday life and how God’s right in the middle of it all. We bring our joys and struggles equally so that you can feel less alone, and be empowered by the hope Jesus gives. We hope you’ll bring us along with you on your morning walks, driving to the grocery store, waiting in the preschool pickup line, alone in your kitchen, or as you wind down for the evening. Wherever you join us, you’re welcome here, and we’re honored to be a part of your day.

  • Michele Cushatt: Present Suffering, Future Glory
    Nov 22 2024

"Though He may appear absent or indifferent, that can't be further from the truth. He's here, and He's already put everything in place for a glorious unfolding. Like a rosebud hovering between sleep and wakefulness, resurrection is just around the corner. New life, better life, in glorious display, full of vibrant color that will take our breath away. And a beauty that will make us forget all about the rain."

  • Jenny Erlingsson: 'Yes Girl, Me Too' Gratitude
    Nov 21 2024

"There is room to remember that though we are different, we are connected. You may not have access to the sisterhood you long for but aren't you thankful for what we get to cultivate here? Here in this place too, our brokenness can be mended and burdens lifted by the words of our sisters echoing out the truth of Yes, me too, therefore girl, I see you."

  • Becky Keife: From Decades of Pain to a Thanksgiving Miracle
    Nov 20 2024

"I showed up to that unexpected Thanksgiving dinner still carrying old wounds crusted over with the scab of time. I came with my guard partly up and plenty of skepticism stuffed in my back pocket. But I came to the table. And so did my mother, my father, and my sisters. Sometimes just showing up is the beginning to building new bridges of connection. Showing up with a hefty dose of humility helps."

try another?

Are you guys trying out different vocal talents? With this one, I can never tell when she's ended the story. The monotone just continues into the next part.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
