This topic arose from a recent minor accident on the job while in the middle of a brand-new concrete pour. Thankfully, this accident was minor yet it did require a DOB inspection that resulted in a partial stop work order. The hoist safety checks and guidelines both prior and during concrete operations while using the electric roof hoist is required.
