• Summary

  • The mysticism and intrigue of the Bermuda Triangle has just turned personal for Admiral David Segarra: his former ship, the USS Wasp, has gone missing in the area without a trace. But this is only one of a few strange occurrences in the area: storms, disappearances, and other phenomena have convinced Admiral Segarra that the only way to learn the truth is to investigate it for himself. After getting shipwrecked on a nearby island not visible on any of their maps, his team begins to explore— only to discover they are not alone. As the secrets of the island reveal themselves, finding a way home becomes a matter of life or death. The Triangle is a Realm production, created by Dan Kobolt and written by Dan Kobolt, Mindy McGinnis, and Sylvia Spruck Wrigley. Listen Away.

overall I very much recommend!

overall it was very enjoyable! it's too bad the chapters are all out of order so you can't listen to it all the way through you have to constantly be searching for the next chapter. the commercial breaks in the middle of every chapter kind of sucks too. but that's podcast for you these days. but I would recommend listening anyway.the the narrator is very good and has a pleasant voice to listen to that being said he needs to work on his accents character differentiations. he has a very nice voice to listen to though which is important because the sound, tenor, and intonation of The narrator's Voice can make or break a podcast!

The most exciting I've heard in a while!

The Triangle was awesome! It grabbed me from the beginning and was fast-paced until the end! This reminds me of the TV series Lost, if the show were condensed to 10 episodes like this is. I enjoyed this so much! I don't know that there will be a second season, but I will binge that too if so.

Great twists.

Always a different storyline developing with cliffhanger at the end. Can’t wait for season 2.

Reeeally loved this ❤️

Great plot, dialogue, and voice acting. What more could you possibly ask for? This was a quality piece of programming right here and now that I've found "realm" studios or productions or whatever they define themselves as, im diving head first into their backlog and getting lost for weeks. That's how much i enjoyed this drama. There was only the one voice actor, which is different from a lot of similar podcasts, but i also listen to a lot of regular books so im used to this format and i felt he did a great job. Didn't even really notice it was just one person once you got into the story. The idea was well thought out and a very intriguing take on the whole Bermuda triangle thing. That phenomenon has always peeked my interest, so i especially got into it, but i feel this story has something to offer everyone. Theres some romance, conspiracy theories, government cover-ups, time shenanigans, adorable little kids, funny dialogue (just the right amount to keep the story serious but light-hearted), and a very entertaining, enthralling plot as the base that everythings built off of. I really appreciate the creators putting this out there for the world to enjoy! I know i sure did🥳 I hope they drop a sequel. Reallyreally bad

Looking forward to more!

Great story with surprising twists and cliffhangers, read by a very good narrator! I had a LOT of skipping issues, though.

a great new find

the only thing that would make this better would be a full cast instead of just a narrator. the narrator does a great job, but still a full cast would have given it more personality.

Almost awesome... EXCEPT....

Overall, I loved this podcast. It's an interesting take on the Bermuda Triangle, well performed and well produced. I especially liked the way it wraps up, it's actually pretty satisfying.
Unfortunately, there's one character in this story who could be cut out entirely and not affect the story, the conspiracy theorist. He drove me nuts, and has almost no time in the last few episodes (hence why I liked them best). This character is pretty irritating, and I feel like I need to dock an entire star from my review because of it.
Honestly, if you can put up with the one irritation, this is a pretty awesome podcast. I definitely recommend it if you're into mysterious adventure stories.
