In a five hour address to the nine man, three women panel, he broke down the evidence into five parts, confession, DNA, eye witnesses, lies and inferences. As part of this, he read a transcript of Jenna Stack’s evidence recounting how she saw Puska crouched over Ashling in a ditch by the Grand Canal.
