  • Kathak and Temple Sculptures : In live discussion with Rewa Rawat
    May 14 2023
Temple sculptures, dance performance, literature, paintings, Mantras and Bhajan. There are multiple ways in which we share stories about our deities and their lives. Everyone follows different methodology, based on individual choice. But rarely we do try to find common threads and similarities in these various forms of expression. The documentary Kathak Aadi Kathak talks about this similarity between Kathak and dance sculptures. Today, we had a live interaction with Rewa Rawat, the director of the feature film. I hope you get to learn something interesting through this interaction. Do follow the page @kathak_aadi_kathak. You can also arrange special screening of the film at your location. That would help in great way to promote the film, and our culture.
