  • MISSING: Derek Ritz (Sebringville, Ontario)
    Aug 30 2024

Derek Ritz, also known as Ritzy, disappeared at the age of 51. He was last seen at 3 a.m. on Dec. 31 at a home on Avonton Road in Sebringville, Ontario.

The police investigation into Ritz's disappearance is ongoing, and no official conclusion has been reached. However, a private investigator from Please Bring Me Home, a Canadian organization, is actively working on the case.

This investigator, who has been involved since the summer of 2020, believes they are close to uncovering the truth. The leading theory involves a small group of individuals who allegedly assaulted Ritz and disposed of his remains in various ways, making it difficult for the police to recover his body.

Despite these theories and speculation, no charges have been laid. I spoke with Shelly Smith, a Stratford resident searching for Derek, about Derek's disappearance. I want to be clear: What Shelly and I discussed is speculative—at this time, no charges have been laid against any individuals.

If you have any information about Derek's disappearance, your assistance is crucial. Please contact Please Bring Me Home at 226-702-2728 or visit the Justice for Ritzy Facebook Page for more information. Your involvement could be the key to solving this case.

  • MISSING: James Hunter (New South Wales, Australia) (Part 2)
    Aug 20 2024

James Hunter, 54, has been missing in Central West New South Wales for four years. He was last seen in Dubbo in February 2020, and his blue 2005 Toyota Hilux was found in Mendooran in March 2022. His family, friends, and the police are appealing for any information about his disappearance.

A company called Working Drones Australia has taken tens of thousands of images of an area where they think James may have gone missing. James' family and friends urgently need your help combining these high-resolution images for clues online.

James' friends and family have also started a GoFundMe. Also, please consider signing a petition to request a parliamentary inquiry into missing persons.

In part 2, I spoke with James' friends. You'll hear from Becky, followed by Ben and Jason. They all shared stories of how impressionable James is, how he can captivate people through his stories, and how fun he is to be around.

If you have any information, please contact Dubbo Police Station at 02 6883 1599 or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.

  • MISSING: James Hunter (New South Wales, Australia) (Part 1)
    Aug 6 2024

54-year-old James Hunter has been missing for four years, vanishing in the Central West of New South Wales. James is described as Caucasian, about 175cm tall, with brown hair and eyes and a medium build. James is the son of famous award-winning Australian actor Bill Hunter, who died in 2011. Bill has been in movies like Gallipoli, Murie's Wedding, The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and Finding Nemo.

James was last seen at a pharmacy in Dubbo in February 2020 and has not accessed his bank accounts since then. His blue 2005 Toyota Hilux was found on a property in Mendooran in March 2022, adding to the mystery of his disappearance. Despite extensive investigations and searches, he has yet to be located. He was in the area for work, mining for opals on Lightning Ridge.

In part 1, I spoke with Maree and Chloe. Maree is James' ex-partner, and Chloe is Maree's daughter. I also spoke to Daniel Wood, the Chief Remote Working Pilot at Working Drones Australia, who is helping in the search for James.

It is crucial that anyone with relevant information comes forward immediately. Your information could be the key to finding James, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. Please get in touch with Dubbo Police Station at 02 6883 1599 or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.

What happened?

podcast really starts to pickup with a blend of interviews between hosts and witness accounts then just dropped from releasing new stuff... without explanation... perhaps we are missing new episodes? the irony is real.
