Jake is a U.S. Army Veteran, with Doctorate in Physical Therapy. We talk about his company, In Extremis Performance, which focus’s on athletic training for competition and defensive shooting and his unique curriculum that everyone wants to steal. I always have a great time talking with Jake because we have a similar philosophy on training, and I’m looking forward to leading some joint classes with him in the near future. Enjoy the show!

    After a long break, we're back!! Schedules got tight and I needed to prioritize family, competing, and teaching classes. We have an exciting episode here with Scotty and we are going back to 2 episodes a month! Scott Peterson of Veracity Solutions is the homie, and a precision rifle/gas gun guru, so I wanted to bring him on to talk about life, competing, ammo selection, and the new Ridgeline LPR-15. So much in life is won or lost in your mind. Not only are Mark and the guys he interviews a wealth of knowledge in the marksmanship world, but they are skilled at training to control their minds.
